Refund & Return Policy

1. Industry Standard — NCNR Policy

Olaraine Electronics operates as a professional electronics components distributor. Due to the nature of electronic components sourcing — where products are specifically allocated, reserved, and procured for each individual order — all sales are conducted on a Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) basis, consistent with standard industry practice.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. Exceptions — Quality & Shipping Issues

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. The following situations are eligible for resolution:

Manufacturing Defects

  • Products with verified manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of receipt
  • Defective items must be unused and in original packaging
  • We will arrange replacement, store credit, or refund of the defective item value

Shipping Damage or Loss

  • Visible damage upon delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt
  • Lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
  • Supporting documentation (photos, carrier records) may be required

Incorrect Items Shipped

  • If you receive items that do not match your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt
  • We will arrange return shipping at our cost and ship the correct items

3. How to Request a Resolution

To initiate a claim, please contact us at:

  • Subject line: Order #[your order number] — [Defect / Damage / Wrong Item]
  • Include: Order number, description of issue, and supporting photos where applicable

Our team will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the resolution process.


4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellation is not available as procurement is initiated immediately. If you have an urgent concern before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.


5. B2B & Custom Orders

For bulk orders, custom procurement, or orders placed under a formal Purchase Order (PO), NCNR terms are strictly applied as agreed upon in the order confirmation. Any exceptions must be negotiated and confirmed in writing prior to order placement.
