All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For bulk orders, B2B accounts, or custom procurement requests, processing times may vary. Our team will contact you directly to confirm lead times and shipping arrangements.

3. Shipping Destinations

Olaraine Electronics ships internationally to most countries and regions worldwide. Some destinations may be subject to restrictions due to export control regulations, trade sanctions, or carrier limitations. We reserve the right to decline shipments to restricted destinations in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will initiate a carrier investigation and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
